Lawrence Petracco, D.C.

Dr. Petracco completed his chiropractic education at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. After graduating, Dr. Petracco was certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and obtained his license in New Jersey. Dr. Petracco began his chiropractic career in Jersey City in 1996 with the opening of Petracco Chiropractic Center, a state of the art facility.

Dr. Petracco continually updates and improves his skills by attending varying post-graduate courses. To benefit his patients' needs, Dr. Petracco is currently certified in Whiplash Injuries, Electrodiagnostic Testing and Special Examinations, Chiropractic and Primary Care for the Family, MRI and X-ray studies in Muskuloskeletal Disorders, and Manipulation Under Anesthesia. Dr. Petracco has been published in Dr. Robert Gordon’s textbook, Manipulation Under Anesthesia – Concepts in Theory and Application. He also assists Dr. Gordon in teaching the MUA course when Dr. Gordon is in the NY/NJ area.

He has spent more than 10 years experience specializing in the non-surgical and differential diagnosis of neuro-musculoskeletal disorders of the neck, back and extremities, motor vehicle trauma, and sport related injuries. As an expert in the field, Dr. Petracco is frequently called upon, to serve as an Expert Witness by attorneys.
